Thank you for choosing LAX LEAVES! You’re most likely reading this because you received a LAX LEAVES gift card, purchased a LAX LEAVES gift card, or you simply like to stay up to date on our policies. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully when purchasing or using a LAX LEAVES gift card. By purchasing or using our gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Gift Card Use 

Use of this gift card indicates your acceptance to all terms and conditions. LAX LEAVES gift cards are only valid at participating stores. Gift cards cannot be resold, used to purchase a gift card or redeemed for unauthorized purchases. We reserve the right to refuse the use of gift cards at our discretion.

Expiration

Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. The expiration date will be clearly noted on the receipt or provided upon request. 

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law. Gift cards cannot be resold, used to purchase a gift card or redeemed for unauthorized purchases. 

Lost or Stolen Cards

LAX LEAVES is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash, as it will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If your gift card is defective or deactivated, please contact our store directly and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Balance Inquiry

To check the remaining balance on your gift card, visit our store or contact us directly. Proof of purchase may be required for balance inquiries. 

Restrictions

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Additional exclusions may apply. Refer to in-store notices or staff for specific details.

Compliance with Laws

The purchase and use of gift cards must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase cannabis products by individuals under the legal age as mandated by state law and store policy.

Fraud Prevention

LAX LEAVES reserves the right to void any gift card or suspend transactions if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Changes to Terms

LAX LEAVES reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available online.
